Working With Us / Process -

O'Bryan Partnership, Inc. (OPI) strives to work as a team in-house as well as with owners, developers, contractors, & consultants. No matter the project size, from conception to completion, we will define the project scope, develop initial concepts & sketches, create detailed & technical drawings & specifications for construction, as well as oversee construction. Our Revit models aim to capture the design you desire. Producing detailed & efficient drawings is something we are very passionate about. One of our most valuable assets is our ability to problem solve during all phases of a project. Our main philosophy in developing any project is; if we can't draw it properly, then how can we expect a contractor to build it correctly.

Meet The Team

History -

O'Bryan Partnership, Inc. (OPI) was originally founded in 1999. We are very fortunate to have had a few employees come back to OPI after relocating and/or moving back to their home state. These employees are invaluable to us & have contributed to making OPI who we are today.

Over the years we have had the pleasure of working with a variety of developers, including Vail Resorts, East West Partners, Keystone Real Estate Development, Silverwest Hotel Partners, & most recently Replay Destinations, Silver Rose Venture, Brodie Group, & Bald Mountain, LLC.

Some of the earlier awards that helped establish OPI:

- Colorado Construction Magazine's 2008 - "Plaque of Honor" for the Hyatt Grand Aspen, which was recognized at one of the top projects in Colorado

- Construction Communications - 2006 - The Building of America's "Plaque of Honor" for Mountain Thunder Townhomes, one of the top projects in Colorado

- Charles H. Weitz's - 2000 - "Award for Excellence" for Red Hawk Lodge & Townhomes in Keystone, Colorado

- Rocky Mountain Chapter American Concrete Institute's (ACI) - 1997 - "Award of Excellence" Beaver Creek Center for the Performing Arts: Beaver Creek, Colorado
