A renovation for a private hotel Frisco, Colorado; O'Bryan Partnership designed new exterior elevation features and unit layouts in preparation for a rebranding of this hotel to a national hotel chain. The original 17,000 square foot structure was a two story 37 room hotel with pool, laundry and owners living space. The remodeled design retained the original layout but replaced the swimming pool with guest rooms. Additions to the existing building included a garage for on-site plow truck and storage; new entry feature with small banquets room with kitchen for breakfast and small public functions. The new layout featured a redesigned lobby with added lounge space. The new design also added guest amenities that provided for larger laundry room, exercise room, conference room, guest ski locker room and bicycle storage.
