The Dillon Yacht Club Condominiums are proposing a re-skin renovation of the property. This will include the removal of existing “false” roof structures, re-siding of all (3) buildings, window and roof replacement, new entry roof elements, new stairs and deck surfaces, and some hard surface repair/ replacement.
