Renovation

Completed

The Holiday Inn located in Frisco, Colorado was a Property Improvement Program (P.I.P.) that was specialized to address the rustic character required by the Town's design guidelines and its overlay district. O'Bryan Partnership Architects worked with the owners and followed corporate requirements for the project including the renovation of all 216 rooms. The room renovations included new spacious bathroom layouts and fixtures, furniture and finish upgrades as well as updates to meet current A.N.S.I. (handicapped) codes. The main entry/porte-cochere was re-located and a new lobby was created. This allowed us to renovate and use the old hotel entry as a new entry into the remodeled restaurant and bar area. Most locals never knew there was a restaurant and bar with the structure. This redesigned entry allowed us to provide a distinct character and give the restaurant and bar its own identity that was marketed to the entire public and not just the Hotel users. The old "Holidome" was updated and with little effort was brought up to today's industry standards including a steam room, sauna, and indoor swimming area for the kids, toddlers and adults as well as support facilities. A state of the art exercise area was also designed overlooking the aquatics area. A separate ski locker room was added with entries from the exterior as well as interior. The redeveloped hotel will have a completely new look both inside and out.
