Vetra
Vetra is a 12,000 sq ft free-standing open-hearth restaurant at the Elene that is open to guests and the public. It is located on the Napa Valley Vine Trail where the dining and lodging experience will be tied to bicycle tours through wine country. Produce and herbs are sourced directly from an on-site garden and surrounding vineyard.
The first floor includes a commercial kitchen with associated equipment for food preparation and service, an open floor plan for guest dining, an expansive bar, and a Cafe off the main courtyard. The Basement level is only accessible to staff and includes employee work areas, mechanical rooms, maintenance, pool equipment, food service storage, and general storage.
The primary structure is wood framing with wood trusses supporting the roof.
