The Gant
The project consists of the exterior reskin and aesthetic modernization of an existing 10 building campus located in Aspen, Colorado. Scope would include siding, lighting, and railing systems.
Project scope also includes the deletion of all existing fireplace chimneys and roof infill of those areas. Also included is the removal of all existing roofing materials on the sloped roofs down to the original substrate and installation of new standing seam metal roofing. All fascias on sloped roofs will be removed and replaced with wood subfascia and new metal fascia. All gutters and downspouts will be replaced as part of this phase of work and all existing heat tape is being replaced with upgraded controls per city requirements.
