Traer Creek is a mixed-use office, retail and metro district project, including a Home Depot and grocery store. The first floor consists of retail space and the second floor houses private offices. There is a two-story underground parking garage located beneath the entire building. The building is quite unique in its design and is the first LEED certified building in Eagle County including natural daylighting and a planted roof.
