Wellness Center
Located in the Basecamp commercial development, the Wellness building is a two-story office/leasable retail space building. This phased project initiated as white box commercial spaces which continued to develop as future tenants were established. OPI coordinated with each tenant for their individual needs to facilitate the final build out. Currently, the whole upper level is occupied by Kaiser Permanente as medical offices. The exterior of the building matches the Basecamp development design aesthetic with large fly roofs and detailed timber accents.
