Willits Block 11
On the South side of the bustling Willits neighborhood, OPI designed a 7-plex rowhome structure providing luxury 3-bedroom units, each with their own private garage and decks at each level. The street level provides a lot of landscaping and screening to provide privacy to the residences while also meeting the sustainable and livable streetscape requirements of the Willits Design Board. The alternating fly roofs fit into the modern mountain community of the neighboring properties as well as provided opportunities for expansive glazing to soak in the views of the Basalt valley.
