Willits Block 11
The North building on Willits Block 11 is a mixed-used building with 3 commercial spaces, 20 residential flat units above, and underground garage. Residential units are a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units with a private deck. There is a large "courtyard" space over the BOH commercial area that will be used only as a gravel garden with simple landscape features.
